Job Summary

- The AI and Machine Learning Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and systems that enhance our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate cutting-edge AI and machine learning technologies, algorithms, and techniques.
- Develop, train, and optimize machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, such as natural language processing, computer vision, predictive analytics, and recommendation systems.
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI models into production systems and applications.
- Implement scalable and efficient machine learning pipelines and workflows.
- Conduct experiments, A/B tests, and performance evaluations to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of AI models.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and best practices in AI, machine learning, and related fields.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Communicate findings, results, and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations, reports, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field. Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience with deep learning architectures and techniques.
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative adversarial networks (GANs), or other advanced AI techniques.
- Experience with deploying and managing AI models in production environments.
- Contributions to open-source projects or publications in relevant conferences or journals.
