Our client is a full-service event design, consultation and management company. Due to expansion, they need an SOCIAL MEDIA OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to reach target audiences, build brand presence, and drive engagement for the organization
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaign calendars.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content for social media channels, including posts, stories, videos, graphics, and other multimedia assets.
- Curate user-generated content, industry news, trends, and relevant resources to maintain a consistent and relevant social media presence.
- Monitor social media platforms, engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive interactions with the audience.
- Manage online communities, forums, and groups related to events, networking, and industry discussions to enhance brand credibility and relationships.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, promotions, and partnerships to drive awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Utilize social media advertising, influencers, and analytics tools to optimize campaign performance, reach target audiences, and achieve desired outcomes.
- Track and analyze key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions, to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports, insights, and recommendations based on data analysis to improve social media tactics, content quality, and audience targeting.
- Monitor online brand mentions, reviews, and feedback, and respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and reputation management issues.
- Implement crisis communication strategies, address negative feedback, and uphold brand integrity and professionalism in social media interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing, with a minimum of 5years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and scheduling apps Creative flair, storytelling skills, and visual content creation abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of current industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.
