Job Purpose

• The IS Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for the installation, setup, maintenance, repair and handling of hollow glass machines (I.S. Machine).

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation Of SOPS.


• Plan Preventive Maintenance.


• Evaluate and Raise Running Spares.


• Improved/Quick Response To Breakdown.


• Consistent Study Of Technical Reports/Equipment History & Staff Development.


• Maintain I.S machines running parts, setting up of the machine for job Changes.


• Fitting /modification of finished parts of the machine.

KPI - Performance Measures

• To Achieve 0.75% total I.S. Machine Breakdown.


• Ensure availability of quality repaired spares.


• Accurate and timely setting up of the machine .


• Prevent measure assert failure.

Requirements

• B.Sc. HND, City / Guilds (Intermediate), Delta Glass Craftsman Training Scheme, Bottero Technical Training - Italy Good knowledge of pneumatic machines.


• 3 - 5 years work experience.


• Knowledge of repair of heavy duty engines.
