Principal Accountabilities:

• Design and deploy Engineering strategy for processes, packing plants, ancillaries’ equipment, and infrastructure across PZ Wilmar Factory Site.


• Achieve world class standards in Safety, Quality and Environment management.


• Achieve best in class unit cost for electricity, steam, and repair & maintenance.


• Develop and deploy team capability building plan to attain world class status for engineers, technicians, and technical production operators.


• Coordinate all activities with plants and support departments pertaining to engineering services


• Contractors Management


• Managing projects achieving vertical start-up and 85% OEE minimum.


• Deliver 8hrs training per engineers, and production supervisors.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed:

• Possess a university degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.


• 10 -15+ years’ work experience in FCMG environment, in which 5years must be in management capacity


• Registered member of Engineering council (COREN)


• Proficiency in the use of Proactive planned maintenance tools (CMMS , SAP-PM etc.)


• Must be computer literate (MS-word, MS-excel, access)

Internal & External Relationships:

• Coordinate all activities with plants and support departments pertaining to engineering services
