JOB DUTIES

  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

  • Monitor industry news and trending topics to identify opportunities for relevant and timely content.

  • Create and schedule social media posts for the remainder of the day, ensuring a consistent presence across platforms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content ideas, news updates, and patient testimonials for upcoming posts.

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize social media content for search engine visibility and discoverability.

  • Review the day's social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and audience growth.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in content strategy and audience engagement.

  • Kickstart the week with a team meeting to discuss upcoming content, campaigns, and priorities.

  • Review the content calendar for the week and make adjustments as needed based on current events or industry trends.

  • Plan and schedule social media posts for the week ahead, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.

  • Conduct a weekly performance review to assess the success of social media campaigns and content initiatives.

  • Compile a weekly report summarizing key metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

  • Brainstorm ideas for future content and campaigns based on insights gathered throughout the week.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, communications, and healthcare professionals, to develop content and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing and healthcare communication.
