Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our real estate listings.
- Create compelling content, including property descriptions, visuals, and videos.
- Manage social media platforms and online advertising campaigns to generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
- Organize and participate in property events and exhibitions.
Sales and Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to promote real estate properties effectively
- Identify target markets and potential buyer segments to maximize outreach and lead generation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including online advertising, social media platforms, networking, and referrals.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and follow up with potential clients to nurture leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct property tours and presentations highlighting key features and benefits to prospective buyers.
Sales Negotiation and Closing:

Qualifications
