This role is for a young graduate with social media and internet skills as well as other skills that may be relevant to a real estate startup company.
Duties
Post the company’s listings on multiple designated platforms including social media, and the company’s website.
Adopt the use of Canva or similar design application to inscribe words or pictures to create social media posts
Participate in clients’ meetings relating to the company’s business
Keep an organized and proper record of all listings and their relevant information
Send and respond to correspondence through emails and phone calls relating to company’s clients
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 0 - 1 years work experience.
The ideal candidate must be organised, meticulous and have an eye for details.
The ideal client must also have a great command for spoken and written communication and must be someone who has self-learning skills and the ability to work with little or no supervision.
Job Requirements:
Proficient use of Microsoft word or Google Docs
The ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Be familiar with the use of social media such as instagram, facebook and Youtube
Disciplined as this job requires the ability to meet deadlines
Ability to use Canva or any similar design app
Must be able to speak fluently and should be articulate
Must be willing to handle virtual, video and physical presentations
Must live within the Lekki - Ajah axis. Close proximity to work will be a favorable factor.
