  • Coordinate marketing and advertising activities.

  • Support management in engagement with retail and corporate leads.

  • Manage existing relationships through efficient customer service execution.

  • Establish and manage a network of external “retail” agents.

  • Manage model homes and marketing suites in the project.

  • Conduct marketing tours of the project.

  • Assist in the processing of mortgages for buyers.

  • Promoting the estate's businesses through social media and other marketing channels.

  • Periodic dissemination of newsletters.

  • Content management of the company’s website.

  • Record keeping and contract administration.

  • Responsibilities may include travel or meeting with representatives of the employer’s business.

  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications and Requirements



  • A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or any of the Social Sciences is required.

  • Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.

  • Experience in marketing and sales of off-plan and finished properties is a prerequisite for this role.

  • E-Marketing and Presentation skills.

  • Good oral and written communications skills.

  • Strong client/customer relationship management skills.

  • Creative thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Planning/Organizational Skills.
