- Coordinate marketing and advertising activities.
- Support management in engagement with retail and corporate leads.
- Manage existing relationships through efficient customer service execution.
- Establish and manage a network of external “retail” agents.
- Manage model homes and marketing suites in the project.
- Conduct marketing tours of the project.
- Assist in the processing of mortgages for buyers.
- Promoting the estate's businesses through social media and other marketing channels.
- Periodic dissemination of newsletters.
- Content management of the company’s website.
- Record keeping and contract administration.
- Responsibilities may include travel or meeting with representatives of the employer’s business.
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing or any of the Social Sciences is required.
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience.
- Experience in marketing and sales of off-plan and finished properties is a prerequisite for this role.
- E-Marketing and Presentation skills.
- Good oral and written communications skills.
- Strong client/customer relationship management skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Planning/Organizational Skills.
