As the real estate manager, you oversee the operations, maintenance, and leasing activities of properties owned by the company, ensuring efficient functioning and maximizing profitability.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of properties. This includes ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and operational.
Manage relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns, and ensuring high occupancy rates by attracting new tenants and retaining existing ones.
Draft, negotiate, and manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage budgets, setting rental rates, and handling financial transactions including rent collection and payment of bills and taxes.
Ensuring that all property activities comply with local laws and regulations, including property law, taxes, and financial statements.
Maintain accurate records of all property-related transactions, preparing reports for property owners, and keeping up-to-date with market trends and changes in the real estate industry.
Job Requirements
Bsc degree in either or with real estate, finance, business administration, or project management.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience as a Real Estate Manager.
