Requirements
Proven experience as an Estate Surveyor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, valuation techniques, and property management principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using property management software and valuation tools.

Qualifications:
HND/ Bachelor's/Master's degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Surveying, or a related field.
Professional certification such as RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) or similar is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in estate surveying or property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property valuations and appraisals for various purposes, including sales, leasing, taxation, and insurance.
Manage property portfolios, ensuring maximum occupancy, rental income, and tenant satisfaction.
Provide expert advice on property acquisitions, sales, and development opportunities.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on property market trends, valuations, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate and manage property transactions, including sales, leases, and rentals.
Oversee property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with contractors and service providers.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property regulations and standards.
Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess property conditions and potential issues.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
Assist in the preparation and implementation of property management strategies and budgets.
