Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company’s sales goals.

  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) on platforms like Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, and LinkedIn.

  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.

  • Conduct online advocacy and open stream for cross-promotions.

  • Design, build, and maintain the company’s social media presence.

  • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.

  • Oversee design (e.g., Facebook Timeline cover, profile pictures, thumbnails, ads, landing pages, Twitter profile, and blog).

  • Analyse key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.

  • Compile reports showcasing ROI.


Requirements



  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist.

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
