Job Description

• Updating knowledge of sales, documentation, property management and promotional events.


• Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations and advertising.


• Providing guidelines and guidance to clients on the application of procedures, and monitoring tasks and projects.


• Maintaining accurate information on the company's website, designing promotional Web and tracking marketing initiatives.


• To conduct regular sales meetings, translate business strategies and ensure monthly target for the team is met.

Requirements

• BA / B.Sc / HND / OND in Marketing or any related discipline.


• Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate/marketing.


• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.


• Possess strong negotiating and transactional skills.


• Problem-solving and decision-making.


• Must reside in Lagos, Ajah/Sangotedo axis.
