Job Summary

• The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services.


• The candidate will majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads.

Job Duties

• Formulate PR plans and strategies


• Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels.


• Manage media relations and requests


• Write press releases, speeches and other PR copy


• Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences etc.


• Support the implementation of promotional plans


• Present solutions in times of PR crisis


• Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors


• Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing Management or Marketing Communications or any related field.


• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Digital Marketing Communication and Social Media Management.


• A NIMN or NIPR membership is an added advantage.


• Experience in Copywriting and editing written and verbal.


• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising


• Proficient in marketing automation tools


• Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Aptitude in presentation and public speaking
