YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a results driven problem solver to join the team in Nigeria to scale Glovo’s On Demand product, a new vertical that helps our partners deliver orders created in their own channels (website, phone, application) via Glovo’s fleet of riders. As the Strategic Account Manager - intern, you will support the team in growing the business.
THE JOURNEY
- Support the On Demand team with daily operational tasks
- Support in building proposals to establish a strong working relationship with partners
- Support in the activation and onboarding of partners during the implementation phase to ensure that they can operate independently
- Own the relationship with the partner for everything related to the On-Demand solution
- Proactively share feedback from partners with HQ product and operations teams to generate improvements e.g. tech improvements
- Track operational metrics for key accounts
- Define scalable processes, making sure partners are self-sufficient in using our tools.
- Review and propose partner communications, ensuring partner engagement and long-term relationships.
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- Availability for 6 months to 1 year full-time internship
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Sales (preferred)
- Up to 1 year of work experience in a business, commercial, sales, account management or marketing field (preferred)
- Problem solver, data-driven with an analytical approach
- Determined to get things done: no job is too big or too small
- Proactivity, organization and obsession with details
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced stakeholder management skills
- Excellent knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office, Excel
- Proficiency in English
