JOB OVERVIEW :
The Estate Surveyor will be responsible for conducting property valuations, managing real estate portfolios, and providing expert advice on property-related matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for details.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Conducting property valuations for various purposes including sales, rentals, mortgages, and insurance.
- Managing and overseeing property portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and value enhancement.
- Preparing detailed reports and presentations on property valuations and market analysis.
- Conducting site inspections and surveys to gather necessary data and information.
- Advising clients on property investments, acquisitions, disposals, and leasing.
- Negotiating property transactions on behalf of clients.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and the economic factors affecting the real estate market.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- HND/ Bachelor degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in estate management, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
SALARY -130,000
