Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster a positive community.
Content Creation and Management:
- Design and execute digital content strategies to attract and engage target audiences.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to produce high-quality content.
- Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in style, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media advertising, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Website Management:
- Oversee the company website to ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.
- Collaborate with the web development team to improve site navigation, user experience, and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Use various analytics tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports on social media and digital marketing performance and insights.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
Market Research and Trends:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to marketing.
- Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certifications in digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot).
