  • The Hospitality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the patient and visitor experience at Redeemer's Health Village.

  • This role involves managing hospitality services, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service, and coordinating with various departments to deliver a seamless and positive experience for all.


Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage the hospitality services team, including housekeeping, catering, front desk staff, patient experience personnel and ward management teams.

  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and customer service.

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided to patients, visitors, and staff, making improvements as necessary.

  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals and other departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment.

  • Handle patient and visitor feedback and complaints, resolving issues promptly and effectively.

  • Manage budgets and resources efficiently to deliver cost-effective hospitality services.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

  • Plan and organize staff training programs to maintain and improve service quality.

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on hospitality services performance.

  • Ensure all areas of the hospital, including wards, public areas, and patient rooms, are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

  • Monitor and manage the performance of housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.

  • Coordinate with medical and nursing staff to ensure seamless ward management and patient care.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative working environment among staff.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a healthcare setting.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Proficient in the use of relevant software applications.
