Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, or related field


• Additional qualifications will be an added advantage.


• 7+ years of experience in real estate management, investment, or development


• Proven track record of success in managing property portfolios and driving business growth


• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business plans to maximize portfolio performance


• Manage and analyze financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and  profitability


• Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquisitions and partnerships


• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and  partners


• Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes
