- This role is pivotal in driving demand-based sales growth of our brands in hospitals by building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, effectively communicating product benefits, and strategically positioning our brands in hospitals.
Responsibilities
Key areas of responsibilities include but are not limited to the following activities:
- Achieve daily visit targets for hospitals and clinics and ensure coverage as per the compan'ys Hospital Coverage Plan (HCP)
- Engage with key healthcare professionals including doctors, hospital pharmacists, and hospital administrators to build sustained and incremental business growth
- Bring in new hospital business
- Implement marketing activities and educational programs like CME, DGM as per the plan mandated by the company
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on activities, hospital sales performance, and market insights as per company norms
- Competition and Market feedback, conducting periodic marketing surveys.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 2 years work experience.
