  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager who possesses a deep understanding of luxury residential projects.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion while adhering to high-quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines.


Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:



  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocations.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure designs are adhered to in execution.


Budget Management:



  • Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

  • Monitor expenses to ensure alignment with budget projections, and implement corrective actions when necessary.


Quality Assurance:



  • Establish and maintain quality standards throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality of work.


Team Leadership:



  • Lead, motivate, and manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff and subcontractors.


Risk Management:



  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are maintained on-site.


Stakeholder Communication:



  • Maintain regular communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to report on project status and address concerns.

  • Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and project documentation.


Contract Administration:



  • Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)



  • Project completion within budget and time constraints.

  • Quality metrics and compliance with safety regulations.

  • Client satisfaction ratings and feedback.

  • Number of projects successfully completed on time and within scope.

  • Team performance and development metrics.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on luxury residential projects.

  • Proven experience managing budgets exceeding N900 million.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS, etc.) will be considered an asset.
