Job Summary



  • The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community.

  • This role involves managing social media platforms, creating content, analyzing performance metrics, and coordinating with other marketing efforts to achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy Development:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to align with business goals.

  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.


Community Engagement:



  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media channels.

  • Foster a positive community atmosphere and manage online reputation.

  • Engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach.


Analytics and Reporting:



  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant metrics.

  • Provide regular performance reports and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.


Campaign Management:



  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies.


Advertising and Budget Management:



  • Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

  • Optimize ad performance and ROI through continuous monitoring and adjustments.


Collaboration and Coordination:



  • Work closely with internal teams such as PR, content marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed.


Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.

  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to create visually appealing content with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
