We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Social & Behavior Change Lecturer to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate will have a robust educational background, proven teaching experience, and a passion for educating students in social and behavior change theories and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Social & Behavior Change to students.
Develop and implement course materials, lesson plans, and assessments.
Provide academic support and mentorship to students.
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Engage in continuous professional development and improvement.
Requirements:
Minimum of a first degree (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent) in Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, or a related discipline.
Possession of a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PDA) or Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) is required.
Proven teaching experience in a tertiary education setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds.
