Job Summary



  • Creating content, including text posts, video and images for use on social media

  • Promoting products, services and content over social media, in a way that is consistent with an organization’s brand and social media strategy.

  • Scheduling social media posts using applications such as Tweet Deck

  • Developing new social media strategies and campaigns.

  • Managing a budget to be spent on promoting social media posts and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising

  • Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns and algorithms

  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

  • Grows and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

  • Grow and expand company's social media presence.

  • Implement tracking tools like Google tag manager, analytics, Hojar.etc, Conversion rate optimization, AI in marketing, web scraping, chatbots, APi's.


Qualifications



  • B.A / B.Sc / HND qualification in Communications, Digital Marketing or any related field

  • Experience: 2 - 4 years.


Requirements:



  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist

  • Ability to run ads on all social media platforms, influncer marketing, Good use of analytics,

  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

  • Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.

  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.

  • Knowledge of content creation and content writing for ads and social media.
