Job Summary:
- The Real Estate Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of real estate agents, ensuring sales targets are met, providing training and support, and developing strategies tincrease sales.
- This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Set performance goals and monitor progress.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement sales strategies tachieve targets.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing tcreate effective sales campaigns.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Handle escalated client issues and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and professional development for team members.
- Keep the team informed about industry trends and changes.
- Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Analyze sales data tidentify areas for improvement.
- Track team performance against goals and KPIs.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee administrative tasks related tsales activities.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations.
- Manage budgets and expenses related tthe sales team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous leadership or management experience.
