Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.


• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure a smooth flow of materials


• Monitor and manage inventory levels for automotive parts and materials.


• Implement efficient inventory control practices to minimize excess stock and stock-outs.


• Plan and organize the distribution of automotive products to dealerships, service centers, and other destinations.


• Optimize delivery routes and schedules to maximize efficiency.


• Arrange and coordinate transportation services for the shipment of vehicles, parts, and materials.


• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and manage relationships with logistics providers


• Prepare and maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and transportation activities.


• Ensure all shipping documentation is complete and in compliance with regulatory requirements.


• Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity of automotive products during transportation.


• Address and resolve issues related to damaged or defective goods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.


• 2-3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.


• Ability to use Excel and Microsoft word is very essential


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize logistics processes.


• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics providers.


• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and documentation.


• Flexibility to handle unforeseen logistical challenges.


• Proactive problem-solving approach to address logistics challenges and optimize processes.
