Job Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Finance Manager at Nigeria Solidarity Support Fund in Lagos.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial management operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, developing financial strategies, and managing audit processes.
The role involves budgeting, forecasting, corporate partnership, financial reporting, risk management, and providing financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
ACCA or ICAN certification
Minimum of 8 years of formal work experience in finance management
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and statutory accounting principles
Experience in audit management and implementing audit recommendations
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Strong analytical and accounting skills
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
NGO experience is a plus
Must be based in Lagos or can independently move to Lagos.
