Job Description


We are looking for a reliable Finance Manager who will lead the Finance Team. You will oversee everyday financial activities and provide advice and guidance to key stakeholders on future financial plans.


Key Responsibilities



  • Monitoring and managing overall function and effective departmental operations

  • Developing and managing plans for financial growth.

  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budget, and develop trends and projections for the company’s finances.

  • Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

  • Monitoring internal controls.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

  • Manage the yearly audit cycle to guarantee the timely issuance of annual financial statements

  • Keep track of cash-management initiatives

  • Controlling balance sheet and liquidity risk

  • All other additional duties as necessary


Qualifications



  • Proven working experience as a Finance Manager and leading and developing a Team

  • Experience within the multinational/top firm is crucial 

  • 7 years + proven experience in finance management

  • Advanced degree in Accounting

  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

  • Experience with auditing and creating financial statements

  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

  • Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

  • Compliance oriented.

  • Familiarity with the industry or sector relevant to the organisation is a plus.
