Key Tasks

• Supervise and direct the activities of Engineers and Technicians both in the field and in the base.


• Supervise scheduled Equipment Maintenance


• Train and mentor Engineers and Technicians


• Writing Field reports and other needed reports as will be advised by the OPM.


• Be part of Field Crew and represent the company professionally while in the field and also in the base

Requirements

• Must have a First Degree in Engineering or related discipline.


• Relevant Offshore Certifications.


• Good knowledge of Coil Tubing, Nitrogen Pumping and completion services


• Minimum of 7 years in same role spent in a major Oil servicing company providing same services.


• The ability to work as part of a team and lead independently


• Relevant Vocational Trainings are mandatory or Technology/Technical courses


• Certifications in line with position will be an added advantage.


• Ability to train and develop junior Engineers and Technicians


• Ability to handle routine and preventive maintenance of all operational tools


• Experience in writing field Reports: Reports on equipment and jobs
