We are looking for a skilled Finance and Accounts Officer responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, providing financial reports, and analysis. Ensuring that the company’s finances are managed effectively and supporting operational and financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and accounting standards.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Monitor cash flow and manage financial transactions toptimize working capital.
Provide financial analysis and insights tsupport business decisions.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, and Finance.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Excel)
Basic knowledge of product costing.
Sound inventory management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of accounting in a manufacturing company.
Strong calculations skills and in-depth proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability tmanage multiple financial tasks with attention tdetail.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Good communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external partners.
