Experience & Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years working in the food industry, particularly in restaurants and fast-food establishments.

- Passion for Food: A deep enthusiasm for food and the culinary arts, with a focus on creativity and quality.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to grow the business.
- Marketing Strategy: Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, including social media, promotions, and local outreach, aimed at driving customer engagement and brand visibility.
- Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and profit maximization.
- Team Leadership: Proven ability to effectively manage, motivate, and coordinate all restaurant staff to ensure optimal performance.
