Your responsibilities will be ensuring smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.
First point of call on any IT related issues
Escalating IT issues to the IT Supervisor where necessary.
Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Maintaining CCTV surveillance both on site and remote view
Providing desktop and laptop support across all outlets and head office
Supporting and resolving any issues regarding the retail software
Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
Installing authorized software to laptops and desktops.
Implementing new design to enhance the strength of the existing network
Support firewall, hardware, and software in accordance with the company’s policy.
Provide remote assistance to all locations
Performing basic administrative support duties, as required, to meet the company's aim and objective.
Working extra hours to meet deadlines, as required and where reasonable.
Providing assistance as required to the IT Supervisor.
Providing assistance and support to colleagues in IT-related matters
Investigate network issues and relating any ISP issues to the appropriate vendor
