Description 



  • As a Sales Catalyst, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our retail tech and SaaS solutions. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and ensuring a seamless sales process. Your expertise will be key in driving our revenue growth and expanding our market presence.


Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the retail tech and SaaS sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

  • Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the Innovation Lead.


Responsibilities



  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail tech and SaaS sales.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.


Compulsory Requirements:



  • Must have previous experience in Retail tech or SaaS

  • Must reside in Lagos


Additional Requirements:



  • Use of CRM tools may be of added advantage
