The Finance Officer will manage YPHO’s financial transactions, ensuring transparency and accountability. The role includes maintaining accurate financial records and supporting budget management.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payments, manage cash flow, and ensure financial accuracy.
Prepare financial reports and support audits.
Monitor project budgets and report any discrepancies to management.
Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial policies.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
3+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in an NGO.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of accounting principles.
