Development and implementation of strategies around the selection and implementation of end user computing devices like laptops, desktops, workstations and mobile devices.
Development and implementation of strategies around security of company data on end user computing devices and servers.
Lead and manage ICT projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Evaluate emerging ICT technologies and trends relevant to the upstream oil and gas industry and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., Master's) preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in related role. Industry experience is an added advantage.
Proficiency in ICT systems and tools, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and geographic information systems (GIS).
Thorough understanding of ICT governance frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to the upstream oil and gas sector, such as API, ISO, and NIST.
