Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute market development and sales strategies for the company's air conditioning products to achieve sales targets.

  • Establish and maintain good relationships with customers, identify customer needs, and provide professional solutions.

  • Conduct regular market research, collect market information, and analyze market trends and competitors.

  • Follow up on after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction, and handle customer complaints and suggestions.

  • Assist the sales team in formulating sales strategies and plans to improve sales performance.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the air conditioning industry, preferably with customer data base to buy AC.

  • Excellent market development skills and customer service awareness, with the ability to establish and maintain customer relationships.

  • Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and resilience under pressure.

  • Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.

  • Strong desire to learn more, grow & earn money.
