Communication Handling: Acting as a primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external parties. This includes screening and managing emails, calls, and other forms of communication, responding on behalf of the MD when necessary.
Information Management: Handling confidential information with discretion and maintaining organized records. This may involve preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for the MD.
Meeting Coordination: Planning and organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are communicated and executed.
