Key Responsibilities



Treasury:




  • Manage cash flow forecasting, planning, and optimization.

  • Oversee daily cash management, including funding and liquidity.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.



Tax Compliance and Management:




  • Oversee VAT and corporate tax planning, compliance, and reporting.

  • Ensure timely and accurate filing of VAT returns and corporate tax returns.

  • Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and implement necessary adjustments to tax strategies.



Project Finance




  • Evaluate and structure project financing options.

  • Manage project-related financial reporting and analysis.



Risk Management




  • Identify and manage financial risks.

  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate financial losses.

  • Monitor and report on market risks and exposure.



Supply Chain Finance




  • Develop and implement supply chain financing solutions.

  • Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.



ERP Administration:




  • Oversee ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) implementation and maintenance.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy.



Compliance




  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC etc.)

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulations.



Cash Flow Management




  • Analyze and manage company cash flows.

  • Develop strategies to optimize working capital.



Key Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, and/or ACA, ACCA certification is required.

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in finance operations, preferably in consulting and asset management/investment firm.

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of accounting, controls, tax, and compliance.

  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.



Desirable Skills:




  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

  • Certification in risk management (e.g., CRPM, RMP or any accredited risk management program).

  • Familiarity with payment industry regulations.
