Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Field Marketing and Outreach
- Actively visit schools to introduce and present the SchoolLedger software.
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers in schools to facilitate software adoption.
Sales and Follow-Up
- Conduct product pitches and demonstrations to school staff, addressing specific needs.
- Follow up on potential leads, ensuring that schools have a clear understanding of the software's benefits and functionalities.
Client Onboarding and Training
- Provide comprehensive training sessions for school staff to ensure efficient use of the software.
- Offer continued support during the initial phase of implementation to ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Performance Tracking
- Document all client interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities.
- Submit weekly reports on sales progress and challenges faced in the field.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
- Familiarity with software products and the education sector is a plus.
