Job Summary
This role is responsible for establishing, developing, and nurturing strategic partnerships with associations, cooperatives, and community groups to expand outreach and drive member engagement. The candidate will work closely with Relationship Managers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, supporting high conversion rates and long-term satisfaction among association members. Success in this role involves building strong, trust-based relationships, streamlining partnership processes, and actively contributing to the success of our community-focused initiatives.
Job Details
Partnership Development and Management:
- Identifying and researching potential associations, cooperatives, and community groups for partnerships.
- Developing and presenting proposals, pitches, and agreements to attract and secure new partners.
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with association leaders, providing updates, and addressing concerns.
- Provide high level direction on strategy, initiatives for the business development unit
- Evaluate, lead and track business development activities for revenue generation.
Operational Coordination and Performance Reporting:
- Facilitating the onboarding process with Relationship Managers and ensuring necessary resources are provided.
- Collecting feedback and insights on association needs and communicating them to relevant units (Head of Financial Inclusion, product development, marketing teams).
- Reporting partnership performance and impact to senior leadership.
- Develop actionable recommendations to optimize performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights and organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field within the financial services industry.
