PURPOSE OF THE JOB:




  •  We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our vibrant Sales & Marketing team. In this role, you will support our digital marketing efforts, helping to enhance our online presence and drive engagement with our target audience. You will collaborate with team members to execute various digital marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.



RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Assist in creating, editing, and publishing high-quality digital content across various platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email campaigns.

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by developing engaging content, responding to inquiries, and monitoring social media trends.

  • Support SEO efforts by incorporating effective keywords, improving website content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance organic search rankings.

  • Aid in the design, implementation, and analysis of targeted email marketing campaigns to engage customers and drive conversions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) and display advertising.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for various digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to improve performance.

  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as business development and customer service, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to enhance skills and contribute innovative ideas to the team.



TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a relevant field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
