Location: Lagos Mainland 



Responsibilities:




  • Create onboarding plan for newly hired employees for HR policies, internal procedures, regulations, products and departmental knowledge.

  • Preparation of monthly payroll/collation of monthly payroll inputs

  • Liaise with HODs on employee performance evaluation and appraiser process 

  • Maintain physical and digital files for employees and attendance records

  • Support performance management, employee relations and engagement initiatives.

  • Support recruitment exercise companywide and report on recruitment, Training related  activities.

  • Support internal resource groups to drive initiatives such as diversity and inclusion

  • Ensure consistency of application of our HR policies and procedures

  • Coordinate quarterly Insurance renewals, and prepare company’s ID cards 

  • Coordinate internal communications, and generate official internal documents such as offer letters, separation letters, and warning letters

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders to manage expectations and reduce uncertainty

  • Liaise with Telecom service provider for CUG registration, subscriptions and welcome back

  • Assisting with the preparation of various training programs, scheduling the appropriate meetings ‘physical or virtual’.

  • Coordinate, compile, and record post training evaluation reports



Requirements:




  • B. Sc/HND in Human Resource Management / Industrial Relations Personnel Management

  • Minimum of 5 years’ Experience in HR field

  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and results driven.

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Keen knowledge of talent acquisition process and best practices.

  • Knowledge of Nigerian Labour law and best practices in Human Resource management.

  • HR Certification is a must (SHRM, HRCI, CIPM etc.)

  • Good computer knowledge in Microsoft suite ‘Power point, Excel functions ‘Vlookup, Xlookup, Sumif, Countif, Index’, Word, Outlook'.
