Responsibilities
As our Sales and Consumer Engagement Manager, you will:
- Canvass and secure new business opportunities within the branding, events, activations, and media space.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop creative and impactful consumer engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility and loyalty for clients.
- Lead and coordinate activations, events, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to provide strategic advice to clients.
- Analyze market feedback and performance data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and account management within branding, events, activations, or media.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong background in consumer engagement and experiential marketing.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
