Role Overview:
They are looking for a highly motivated Finance Executive with 4–6 years of experience to oversee and optimize financial operations across the restaurant business. This role is critical in ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate will bring both analytical rigor and industry-specific insights to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective liquidity management.
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend adjustments to business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (professional certifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA are a plus).
- 4–6 years of experience in a finance role, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
