About The Role,
We are hiring for the position of social media manager & content creator.
As a social media manager & content creator at Karios Markets, your core focus will be on increasing brand awareness through the effective use of social media outlets. For this role, you need to be a highly creative and qualitative thinker.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and creative content (text, images, videos) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) ensuring all content aligns with the brands style
- Run advertising campaigns and increase social media engagement
- Write and edit engaging blog posts, and email marketing campaigns
- Manage social media accounts by posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and growing our follower base
- Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing strategies & campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends and best practices
- Monitor analytics to measure the success of social media campaigns and make recommendations/ adjust strategies as needed
- Work closely with our graphic designer to create visually appealing and on-brand social media content
- Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measuring a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer and social media manager
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Pay: ₦90,000.00 - ₦120,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Yola, Adamawa State: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Social media management: At least 2 years (Required)
