Job Responsibilities




  • Manage and review the debtors’ list to identify overdue payments.

  • Contact customers via phone to remind them of due payments and offer assistance with repayment options.

  • Build rapport with customers and maintain open communication until debts are cleared.

  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and recovery activities.

  • Update payment records to reflect settled debts and avoid unnecessary follow-ups.

  • Support businesses in reducing debt defaults to sustain operations.

  • Respond to customer queries and concerns professionally.



Job Specifications

Qualifications:




  • Minimum of SSCE / NCE / OND / HND.

  • Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service is an advantage.

  • Must not exceed 30 years of age.

  • Strong communication skills in English.



Requirements:




  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and financial products.

  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, target-driven environment.

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.



Salary and Benefits




  • Salary: N80,000 - N120,000 / month.

  • Net Salary: Highly competitive salary from 100k and above

  • Probation: Salary increment after three months

  • Perks: Free lunch provided on weekends (during overtime shifts).
