Job Responsibilities
- Manage and review the debtors’ list to identify overdue payments.
- Contact customers via phone to remind them of due payments and offer assistance with repayment options.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain open communication until debts are cleared.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and recovery activities.
- Update payment records to reflect settled debts and avoid unnecessary follow-ups.
- Support businesses in reducing debt defaults to sustain operations.
- Respond to customer queries and concerns professionally.
Job Specifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum of SSCE / NCE / OND / HND.
- Previous experience in tele-sales or customer service is an advantage.
- Must not exceed 30 years of age.
- Strong communication skills in English.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and financial products.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: N80,000 - N120,000 / month.
- Net Salary: Highly competitive salary from 100k and above
- Probation: Salary increment after three months
