  • Being able to build a long-range pipeline and manage multiple contracts to their end date

  • Play a key part in identifying B2B opportunities for the business going forward 

  • Managing these opportunities through the sales cycle and post-sale care

  • Developing and maintaining B2B effective relationships and creating new relationships for the business with the primary goal of increasing the client's B2B market share and recognition of the business

  • Negotiating current contracts and securing new contracts with business customers and third-party intermediaries

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products and services to the market.

  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.

  • Gathering, investigating, analyzing, and summarizing market data and trends to prepare reports and develop insights and strategies for business growth.

  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.

  • Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

  • Collaborating with the team to create marketing campaigns and promotional materials and ensure alignment with business objectives.

  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiating and closing deals with clients and liaising with third-party marketing agencies to drive business growth.

  • Providing regular reports on business development activities and progress.



Qualifications




  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics or any related course.

  • At least 5 years experience doing Business Development Sales for an internet service provider company

  • 7- 10 years of account management/business development experience

  • Sales experience

  • Lead generation experience  

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Enthusiastic about meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.

  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

  • Cross-functional skills to collaborate with different teams and departments.

  • Availability to immediately resume is an added advantage.
