The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, proficient in software applications such as Corel Draw and MS Suite, and experienced in email marketing and social media management.
This role is essential in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support while also engaging with our audience through various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
Provide accurate information regarding products and services, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Utilize Corel Draw for graphic design tasks as needed, including creating marketing materials and social media graphics.
Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.
Engage with customers on social media platforms and respond to inquiries and comments.
Help create and schedule social media content, and assist in executing social media strategies.
Provide feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.
Qualifications
A Degree in any related field.
2+ years proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Proficient in Corel Draw, and MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiar with email marketing tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
