Menu Development
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop and refine the grilling menu.
- Create innovative side dishes that complement grilled items.
Quality Control
- Ensure all dishes meet the hotel’s standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
- Conduct regular checks on food supplies and inventory.
Team Coordination:
- Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation during service.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff in grilling techniques and safety procedures.
Health and Safety Compliance
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Customer Interaction
- Occasionally engage with guests to understand their preferences and gather feedback.
