Job Summary




  • The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for the overall operational performance of the company. This role will require a strategic thinker with a strong operational background to lead and manage the company's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient production, distribution, and quality control.



Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning:




  • Develop and implement the company's operational strategy, aligning with the overall business objectives.

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.

Operational Excellence:




  • Oversee all operational functions, including production, quality control, packaging, warehousing, and distribution.

  • Optimize operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Skills




  • Advanced Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.

  • Proven track record in leading operations in the food and beverage industry.

  • Deep understanding of water treatment, bottling, and packaging processes.

  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
