Key Roles & Responsibilities
Guest Service:
- Greet guests warmly and present menus.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen or bar.
Order Delivery:
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure orders are complete and meet quality standards before serving.
Table Management:
- Set up, clean, and reset tables as needed.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness in the dining area throughout service.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Address customer concerns or complaints with professionalism.
- Provide prompt solutions or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Billing and Payments:
- Present bills, process payments, and provide accurate change.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and sales.
Compliance and Safety:
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times.
- Adhere to company service standards and regulations.
Team Collaboration:
- Work with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Assist colleagues when needed to maintain smooth operations.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the menu, daily specials, and promotions.
- Participate in training and development programs as required.
Inventory and Supplies:
- Monitor and report low-stock items to ensure service readiness.
Other Duties:
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications
- Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1-2 years experience.
